Thank you for visiting our website! We are thrilled that you want to plant native species and ecologically friendly landscapes and that you found us. We have lots of great products for all sorts of landscapes and objectives. Before you start exploring our site, we'd like to introduce ourselves. So, without further ado...
OPN Seed is a family owned operation. And by family, we by both blood and love. We care for each other and for what we grow, and it shows in the products we offer. We care for you too, even though we may not know each other yet. Our goal is to treat you like you're a part of our family and be here with you on your planting journey. We treat you like we expect to be treated, with respect. We all share the same passion for creating a more sustainable environment and helping our wildlife friends!
We are a small (but mighty!) shop, so if you call and get the machine, we are likely helping someone else or out in the field. Unlike some, we WILL call you back! There are no unhelpful customer service reps here. When you email or call, you get someone who knows their stuff and can help. If we can't answer your question, we tell you we can't. We don't fake it to make it here. In fact, if you stump us, we do our research to learn how to best refer you or to answer the question.
We blend our mixes and bag products when you order them. We carefully measure out weights for each species that goes into the mix or individual order so that you are getting exactly what you are expecting. We process orders as they come in to keep it fair for everyone. It may take a few days to get your order shipped out, but it will be worth it. If we are running outside of a few days to ship out orders, we will post it on the site so you know before ordering.
Finally, we are all human and can make mistakes. We don't hide from them. We fix them! If you don't hear back from us in a couple of days or if an order doesn't include all your items, just reach out. We try our best, but even the best can overlook something.
We have spent a lot of time and effort to make this website and our products they very best we can. We are always looking to get better too. If you have suggestions, we are all ears.
