Let's face it....mulching is no fun! Getting on your hands and knees to spread mulch under trees is no good for your body and if not mulched correctly (no volcano mulching!), is no good for the trees either. Create a living habitat underneath your trees with our Bee Tree Mulch Seed Packet.

Here's All the Benefits:

Provide habitat for bees, pollinators, and other wildlife friends.

Reduce mechanical damage to trees and shrubs from mowers and string trimmers.

These seeds are legumes and release nitrogen into the soil when they die and naturally fertilize trees.

These annual species are easy to seed and quick to grow.

Longer flowering times means more for the bees.

Would make an excellent border around vegetable gardens

It looks awesome!

This mix of Crimson Clover (introduced) and Partridge Pea produce red and yellow flowers that typically bloom June through September and reach heights of about 18 to 36 inches. It will grow in areas that receive at least 4 to 6 hours of sunlight a day and soils that have variable moisture levels. These are annual species, so they will need to be reseeded every year. This packet performs best when seeded in the spring or early summer.

In the winter or early spring, cut back existing vegetation to reseed. Seed to soil contact is important!

Contains the following species:

Trifolium incarnatum - Crimson Clover (Introduced)

Chamaecrista fasciculata - Partridge Pea
