A bristly stems and leaves give Hairy Sunflower its name. Given it's shorter stature when it comes to wildflowers, this would make an excellent addition to a landscape where other native plants may not be feasible.

This perennial loves full sun and most soil types. Bright yellow flowers being bloom in June and last through September.
