This mix contains species normally found in drier upland areas. Beautiful true colors exhibited by different wildflower species. The grasses contained in this mix give the true "Sea of Grass" look as the wind makes them look like waves in the ocean. Wildflowers bloom above and below the grass plumes that will generally reach heights of 4 feet and higher. Once established, wildflowers bloom from late May through October.

Broadcast seeding is the process of sowing seed by hand. The seeds are sprinkled into the soil and can be lightly raked in to ensure germination.

This mix of native grasses and wildflowers typically grows to a height of 5 to 7 feet. Please note that each site is unique and several factors can affect overall height. These factors include sunlight, hydrology and overall soil health.
