Illinois Bundleflower may be shy when it comes to strong sunlight, but its small white clusters of flowers open up for the birds and provide a great source of food in late summer to early fall.
Bloom times can start as early as May and continue all the way through September and will reach heights of 1 to 3 feet. This perennial does prefer full sun, but anything too strong will cause the leaves to fold.
